Other than yourself and your paddle board equipment. You’ll need to create a free Final Surge membership and have a chest heart rate monitor.

To often athletes will either overtrain their bodies or not train their bodies in the correct way when it comes to the aerobic and anaerobic system. By using a heart rate monitor we can better understand and monitor the work we’re putting in.

I will contact you via email within 24hrs after you sign up and schedule a Zoom meeting with you to discuss your goals. After this call your training will start.

This program is designed with the long term goals in focus. But, if you simply want help training for an upcoming race then I recommend training with me at least 3 months before your race.
