  • Other than yourself and your paddle board equipment. You’ll need to create a free Final Surge membership and have a chest heart rate monitor.

  • To often athletes will either overtrain their bodies or not train their bodies in the correct way when it comes to the aerobic and anaerobic system. By using a heart rate monitor we can better understand and monitor the work we’re putting in.

  • I will contact you via email within 24hrs after you sign up and schedule a Zoom meeting with you to discuss your goals. After this call your training will start.

  • This program is designed with the long term goals in focus. But, if you simply want help training for an upcoming race then I recommend training with me at least 3 months before your race.
